Can I return/refund my product once it has arrived?

All sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damages/Lost

Aimée Lashes is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the tracking shows the package is delivered. 

Aimée Lashes is also not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 

If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!

Will I be charged custom duties or taxes? 

International shipments may be subjected to taxes, custom duties, fees by your shipping destination. These fees will vary by country, contact your local custom office for more information.

I want a specific color/design that you don't have, what should I do?

If you are interested in a different style or colorways/designs, email us at [email protected] to let us know. We would love to explore more styles and colorways for our future products! 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 48 hours for our team to pick, process and pack your orders. If your order is placed over the weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed the next 1-2 business day(s). Once we have shipped out your order, it will take anywhere from 5-9 days.
